Stanford Math Student, Egor Lappo, Receives Honorable Mention for the 2023 AMS-MAA-SIAM Frank and Brennie Morgan Prize
Egor Lappo, who finished his undergraduate degree in Mathematics in 2022, was recently awarded an Honorable Mention for the 2023 AMS-MAA-SIAM Frank and Brennie Morgan Prize for Outstanding Research in Mathematics by an Undergraduate Student. This is a joint prize made by the American Mathematical Society (AMS), the Mathematical Association of America (MAA), and the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM).
Lappo will receive his honorable mention during the Joint Mathematical Meetings in Boston in January 2023.
Egor Lappo has just begun his graduate degree in the Stanford Biology Department.
