Stanford Math Alumna, Gerd Grubb, Awarded the Gold Medal of the Royal Academy of Denmark
Gerd Grubb, a leading Danish mathematician working in the field of microlocal analysis and partial differential equations, and who received her PhD from Stanford in 1966 under the direction of Ralph Phillips, has been awarded the Gold Medal of the Royal Academy of Denmark.
