Sarah Peluse to Receive 2026 AWM Microsoft Research Prize

Sarah Peluse will receive the 2026 AWM Microsoft Research Prize in Algebra & Number Theory.   The prize was established in 2014, and is awarded every two years.  It recognizes Peluse’s “breakthrough results, creative methods, and uncommon breadth of research in number theory, combinatorics, ergodic theory and representation theory.”   The award will be presented at the Prize Session of the AMS Joint Meetings in DC on Jan 5, 2026.
