Professor Eleny Ionel named Fellow of the American Mathematical Society
Stanford Mathematics Professor Eleny Ionel has been named to the 2020 class of Fellows of the American Mathematical Society for contributions to symplectic geometry and the geometric analysis approach to Gromov-Witten Theory.

Providence, RI - Fifty-two mathematical scientists from around the world have been named Fellows of the American Mathematical Society (AMS) for 2020, the program's eighth year.
