Breakthrough Prize Foundation Announces Maryam Mirzakhani New Frontiers Prize for Women Mathematicians

A new prize from the Breakthrough Prize Foundation has been established for early-career women in mathematics.  This prize, the Maryam Mirzakhani New Frontiers Prize, is named after the famed Fields Medalist and Stanford Mathematics Professor Maryam Mirzakhani, who passed away in 2017.
