Kronheimer and Mrowka defined an invariant J^# of spatial cubic graphs (really bifolds) and foams. They also defined a version with twisted coefficients. When the graph is planar, the rank of the twisted invariant is the number of Tait colorings. We show that in this case, the invariant is spanned by 3-dimensional foams.
